Question 1 -Adding 34 paragraphs sections named from paragraph,paragraph2 tillparagraph35 the same functionality to be applied of existing paragraph section in the same current page adding them after the work section starting paragraph2 till paragraph35.
Example currently the paragraph section is existed ,then add paragragh2 Section till paragraph 35 after the work section all having the same chat box and generated text with AI ,fetched data, entered sentence button ,also with edit ,submit and report generate report ,

Question 2 -Create a display named for each paragraph section (for all the 35 paragraphs), via new input screen having 2 fields the paragraph number and the display text field entry size 250 varchar at any time delete or update, enter a new display name .

Question 3- Adding DOB data of birth field (data type date) in all tables.

Question 4-Create new table paragraphs_35structure as per the attached paragraphs_35.xlsx.
Note the paragraph section table will be using the new table paragraphs_35 ,field name para1 ,type text instead of the table webapp_paragraph

Question 5-At the top of page ,willhaving the option either click on the New adding record check box or fetch a record check box eitherby fname or lname or DOB ,then in the generated box text can be edited and saved by submit button.

Question 6- Report generate should be including all the sections even the null sections.
Note: The above additional sections will not impact the current sections functionalities,they will be replicate the current paragraph section.
