SCENARIOS (Choose one) ---

Create Healthy Breakfast menu AND a light Lunch menu. The meeting is for a Board of Directors for 15 Guests and the event planner has mentioned that we ensure that healthy items will be part of the menu, in addition we also need to ensure that no nuts are part of any menu items as there is a severe nut allergy.

OR

Create 3 hors d'oeuvres AND a 3 course sit down dinner (salad as first course, beef entrée as second and a plated dessert of your choice). Demographics of the attendees are 50% Americans and 50% South Asian. Make sure that the menu item caters to all groups.
