Your proposal at InstantNet (Offering internet discount to university student) has been accepted and developed, and you are now required to create a company-wide newsletter informing all employees of the new deal they are to offer to customers.

You are tasked with making a two-page newsletter, with at least one section explaining the new deal. Other sections can cover topics such as events of the month, staff profile, social news etc.

Ensure you address the following design and formatting conventions:

• Audience: like any business document, audience is important. The information in the newsletter must be relevant to the audience and interest them
• Length: newsletters must be brief and concise, i.e. you must present the information in it is easily absorbed by the readers to ensure they are interested
• Content: all information in the newsletters must be accurate and reliable to maintain the organisation's credibility
• Visuals: visual aspects are important to use as they break up large sections of text and make the newsletters more visually appealing. However, they must relate to the information in the newsletter
• Formatting: you can use multiple columns to present the content and make it more visually interesting. You must also ensure you consider all other elements, such as white space
• Font: you must aim to use similar fonts in your newsletter, but ensure they are different enough to allow the reader to distinguish between headings and body content. Also consider the size of your font; larger fonts must be for headings and smaller font must be for body content. You must also ensure you include the organisation's letterhead in each newsletter for consistency.
