Not sure how this is done I have been working at this problem all day can someone help please

Using Microsoft® Visual Studio®, write a C# Windows Form (NOT CONSOLE based) application to meet the following requirements:

  1. Find the area and perimeter of a rectangle for the given input values of Length and Width in different measurement units using inches (in), feet (ft), meters (m), and centimeters (cm)
  2. Write an AreaConverter class that can be used to convert output in different measurement units.
  3. If the user enters a negative number or a nonnumeric value, throw and handle an exception.
  4. Your solution should include exception-handling techniques with a minimum of two catch clauses.

Submit your application (this includes ALL files in your project directory) to the Assignment Files tab. You will need to ZIP them up first and save them using the following file format: FirstInitialLastName_POS409_Wk4.zip
