1. Wary Terry Miliaterry is in escrow for a home he in under contract to purchase located on Strange Sightings Lane. The property is located five miles outside of a military operations base in the community of Unexploded Ordnance Hill. The land formerly belonged to the US military and was used for covert operations. The military sold the land in 1198 to private developers who subdivided it into a tract known as Hidden Gems where Terry’s prospective home is located.
