Questions to Answer in the Paper:

Truck driver turnover and the resulting shorts has become a national problem. Most are trying to solve the problem believing pay or other pay incentives will provide the answer. At the same time, things like hours of service and other regulations are making it harder to be a truck driver. Put yourself in the place of the CEO of a large trucking firm. Your turnover is approaching 100%. Write a paper that describes, in detail, three creative ideas that you would employ to increase driver retention beyond the ones in the literature provided. Keep in mind:

1. The ideas must be of your own creation

2. The ideas must be feasible, i.e. they must not add a significant amount of cost or complexity to the business although they can be new services.

3. The idea must be sufficiently detailed to understand a) why it is valuable, b) how it will be done, and c) the timing of the implementation.
