Consider this statement: As long as a service agreement is properly detailed and contains an effective dispute resolution mechanism, there is no need to spend substantial amounts of time and money to choose an appropriate service provider. Service providers must fulfil their obligations under the agreement. If they do not, the organisation can use the dispute resolution clause to resolve the issue. Do you agree? Explain.
