Inadequate parking near the office complex of Arkham Paper Products has been a complaint of employees there for several years. The situation worsened when two new businesses moved into the office park where the company is located. At the end of the most recent board meeting, the directors approved a request to establish a shuttle service from a remote parking deck to alleviate the parking problem for Arkham Paper’s employees.
As an assistant in Human Resources, you have been asked to write and distribute a memo informing all employees of this new service.
