The marketing department of a large organization is interested in being responsive to its customers' needs. Accordingly, each week it monitors the number of complaints received.

It is possible for a customer to have more than one complaint. Table shows the feedback from its customers. Construct an appropriate control chart and comment on the level of customer service by the organization.
