Digital media have recently begun to take over from print outlets. A newspaper owners' association wants to estimate the average number of times a week people buy a newspaper on the street.

A random sample of 100 people reveals that the sample average is 3.2 and the sample standard deviation is 2.1. Construct a 95% confidence interval for the population average.
