Please give your feedback, What would you do different? And what do you agree with.

Connectors bridge disconnected teams, employees bringing them together, networking, and building relationships across boundaries (Enrst,2011). There are team building activities that will help connector reach others within the organization to establish unity.

Organizations are coordinating work field trip with several departments to connect those that work together usually via emails. A trip that allows everyone to communicate with others and leave work issues in the office. A trip where friendships are developed, and a common denominator of interest discovered. An interpersonal connection in a neutral space builds trust and acknowledge the experiences of others.

Cross-group relationship is built on the foundation of the personal character and not work affliction. The organization sometimes uses personality assessment to predict employee's real-world behavior at their best and under stress (Chamorro-Premuzic,2015). Diversity and anxiety are a receipt for conflict in the workforce. Greed and self-centered are reasons collaboration to establish a cross-group relationship fails. Getting ahead seems to overtake getting along because society's focus is success and recognition.

Reaching across boundaries in the workplace requires relationship building through an intimate connection. Lunch outing, group field trips, and after-work social gathering All are bridges to connect and build trust. A critical component in the workplace for teams to achieve organizational goals effectively.
