A random sample of 950 registered New York voters was recently taken by a polling organization to determine thier opinions on the governer's plan to allow undocumented foreign nationals to obtain a New York driver's license. It turned out that 67% of the respondents said they opposed the Governer's plan. Construct an 80% confidence interval for the proportion of all New York registered voters that opposed the Governer's plan.
