I need a workable excel linear regression analysis worksheet using data from fall 13 and case 3 of comparing the population to the price, etc. I have to address the fact the company is looking to open more stores and would like a forecast of monthly profit for each store. I am to use regression models developed along with "3a" to predict monthly of the profit for each of the stores. Please just show me how and explain as much as possible. I performed a linear regression for the Population to the monthly profit, but do not understand how to use the information. And I do not understand the confidence interval estimate; how do I use and decipher the info.
