Your will conduct an analysis on selected organisation with regards to their use of various information systems. You must utilise a number of sources to accomplish this task. You should use company websites, case studies, research papers (journal/conference) that may have been written about your organisation. You may even want to contact the organisation via email to see if they would be willing to share information about their organisation with you for your assignment. Remember to cite and reference all your sources of information using APA format. Your assignment report should include the following:

• Choose the organization from following industry:

• An overview of the organisation and the industry with its structure, products, and major business processes. Use a flowcharting diagram for each area as a supplement to your descriptions. If you can obtain information such as organisational charts, present these as well.

• Choose any four of the Information Systems from the list below:

• For this organisation, choose at least four information systems to analyse in depth. Include information systems that this type of organisation would be using based on the industry that it is a part of. This analysis should include at least the following:

1. Description of the information system and how these information systems function within this type of organisation.

2. As much information as you can obtain about the current use of each information system within this organisation.

3. Whether you believe that the organisation is using the information system as effectively as they might, when compared with other organisations in this industry.

• A detailed analysis of systems that you feel would assist various levels of E-Business management to more effectively make decisions, forecast, and gain intelligence about the products and services.

• An overall analysis of this organisation with regard to its competitive power, in other words, is this organisation a competitive threat to your organisation? Use all of the information above to form an opinion and discuss it in your report.

The final product of your team project should include the following:

1. An Executive summary of one page summarising your report to the CEO of your organisation.

2. A report detailing the required elements above (between 4000 and 5000 words).

3. Provide industrial and organizational overview in detail.

4. Definition, detailed analysis of four information systems used by the organization, their functionality and scope for improvement.

5. Analysis of competitive organization and possible threats.

6. How organization is using E-Business Management facilities for daily activities? Limitations if any, adding more features for E-Business if required.

7. Conclusion-Summarize your report, write your personal conclusion.

8. References- List all the references in your report, only list references that you have cited within your report with correct format.
