Write a paper about the differences on the concepts of rebirth and karma between Hinduism and Buddhism.
The paper should be 12-15 pages. MLA style and cite source from books and journals which means it should be academic sources.
The problem statement:-
In my paper, I'd like to talk about the differences on the concepts of rebirth and Karma between Hinduism and Buddhism. Although these two religions have the same origin. When we talk about the rebirth and karma, there are still a lot of different ideas in their teachings because of the different value of these two religions. People always believe that karma is kind of the god's punishment or reward which is given to beings when beings doing particular action and the karma is the root cause of rebirth whatever in Hinduism or Buddhism.
But according to the original canons of Hinduism and Buddhism, the fact is that karma determines an individual's cycle of rebirth in Hinduism. But in Buddhism, the will behind an act is what determines the natures of the karmic seed which result from that act. Karma is not the act itself, it's the intention of the act. Anyway, karma only affects the quality of rebirth in Buddhism but not the root. So in this paper. I want to let my readers know the fact of rebirth and karma in Hinduism and Buddhism.
