Question: Refer to Exercise. One of the questions asked was, "Do you think there will or will not come a time when Israel and the Arab nations will be able to settle their differences and live in peace?" The choices and percentage choosing them were "Yes, will be a time" (49%), "No, will not" (47%), "No opinion" (4%).

a. Give the interval of values that is likely to cover the true proportion of the population who would answer, "Yes, will be a time."

b. Give the interval of values that is likely to cover the true proportion of the population who would answer, "No, will not."

c. Compare your answers in parts (a) and (b). Is there a clear majority of the population for either opinion? Explain.
