First requirement : we must parse frame after frame in order to send an answer to the client after every frame, so parsing multiple frames in parallel or sth, will be not possible.

Second requirement: we must parse all the xml file , also to make sure that we are not going to lose any data . That can be used the xml_schema function.

Third requirement: speed up the parsing and compute the timing excutation for every frame and at the end compute timing excutation for all frames together.

Forth requirement: presenting metadata in one Dataframe and sensor Data in another dataframe and complex sensordata in another dataframe and reference point in another dataframe, polygon in another dataframe, and so one please have a look at the schema specification that I sent you .

The best idea is that we could have everything in the dict coming from the library (xml_schema) and parse them to Dataframe.
