Nonideal Gas Equation : The SRK equation is a commonly used equation of state that relates the absolute temperature T, the absolute pressure P, and the molar volume V of a gas under conditions in which the behavior of the gas connot be considered ideal (e.g. moderate temp. and high pressure). Tc: The critical temp. of the gas = 405.5K. Pc: the critical pressure of the gas=111.3 atm, and w is the Pitzer acentric factor=0.25. Each of these is readily available for many gases. Calculate the pressure exerted by 20 gram-moles of ammonia at 300 K in a 5-liter container, using : a. the ideal gas equation b. the SRK equation
In a titration of HNO3, you add a few drops of phenolphthalein indicator to 50.00 mL of acid in a flask. You quickly add 26.50 mL of 0.0502 M NaOH but overshoot the end point
Find out the molar mass of each of the given gases 1) 2.16 grams of a gas that occupies 1.38L at 665 mmHg
how does direct current break apart water molecule? Does the DC current fill the outer shell full of electrons making a weaker attraction so hydrogen seperates from oxygen?
