Sometimes, we want to convert a score from one scale to another scale with only raw scores on hand. The steps to perform that is to first compute the z-score in the original scale, and then transform it using the formula transform Standard Score (TSS) [ z x the new standard deviation + the new mean]
Data needed:
Scale strength measurement: Mean = 22 pts Standard Deviation = 2 pts
Target Scale (bench press): Mean = 100 pts Standard Deviation = 15 pts
