The conjugate acids that will be used to prepare the buffers are potassium hydrogen phthalate, hydrogen phosphate and dihydrogen phosphate. Preparing a 100 mL buffer solution with pH 12.2. The concentration of the conjugate acid is 0.05 mol/L. Calculate the concentration of the conjugate base. Calculate the masses of conjugate acid and base to prepare the buffer. Calculate the volume of strong acid or base needed to prepare the buffer.
