provided with anhydrous soidum phosphate monobasic and anhydrous potassium phosphate dibasic, from which you will need to prepare 100 mL of .1 M phosphate buffer, ph 7.5. The molecular weights are Na = 23, K=39, P=31, O=16, H=1. The three pKa values for phosphoric acid are 2.3, 7.2, and 12.1. Calculate the amount of each salt that you will need to prepare the buffer.
