Phone calls arrive at the rate of 25 per hour at the reservation desk.

a. Compute the probability of receiving four calls in a 5-minute interval of time.
b. Compute the probability of receiving 10 calls or more in 5 minutes.

The desk has a capacity for 5 calls on hold; any additional calls get a busy signal and so miss their spot in the queue. If there are already 2 calls on hold and the current call takes 7 minutes, what is the probability of at least one caller not getting into the queue while the current call is processed?
