A re-supply satellite is launched from NASA/Wallops Island into a circular orbit of radius 6678 km with inclination of i = 38. In order to rendezvous with the ISS, the re-supply satellite needs to both raise it's altitude to 400 km, via a Hohmann transfer, and change the inclination to i = 51. Compute the delta-v for each maneuver and the total minimum delta-v for this set of maneuvers.

(Hint: order of maneuvers is important.)
