A California Bearing Ratio (CBR) test was performed on compacted subgrade below an asphalt roadway. 10 kPa of pressure required to push a 3 in^2 piston 5 mm into the compacted soil. Compute the CBR (%) if the same 3 in^2 piston required 100 kPa to penetrate 5 mm in calibrated rock soil.
