1. In week02, you were assigned a number between 01 and 60. Work with the file that corresponds to your number. Your data is a subset of 100 observations for a larger data set described at

i. Construct an F-test to compare average logincome by Age Group using analysis of variance. Try to do this with JMP. (Note: the log of the incomes is log base 10)

ii. Construct an F-test to compare average logincome by DuallncQ, the categorical variable categorizing dual incomes (not married, yes or no) using analysis of variance. Try to do this with JMP.

iii. Construct a contrast for comparing the married persons with dual incomes with those married persons without dual incomes (the yes and no levels of DuallncQ) and develop a 95% confidence interval for this contrast using both the Bonferroni and Scheffe methods.

iv. Construct a contrast for comparing the married and not married levels of DualIncQ and develop a 95% confidence interval for this contrast using both the Bonferroni and Scheffe methods.

2. Then complete Exercise in Oehlert(2000).
