1. Discusion question.

The need for skilled managers within all healthcare settings is increasing due to the complexity of healthcare delivery. In addition, supervisory positions are difficult and demanding. We have either worked or know people who have worked for "good" and "bad" managers and/or supervisors.  Without revealing names, identify a situation where you have worked for a good manager or supervisor.  What were some characteristics and behaviors exhibited by this person?  Do the same for a bad supervisor (if you haven't worked for one or both, interview someone who has in order to respond to the question).  References are required.Assignment length: Minimum of 2 paragraphs per question. A paragraph consist of 3-5 sentences.
