Client James Clements ultimately decided to stay with his contractor, Brad Raymore, in hopes of completing the renovation, and the two would settle up on any possible monetary damages once the project was complete. Unfortunately, Brad was injured in an accident at his other job and informed James he needed to pull out of the contract entirely. James has again contacted Dean, Jackson, and Murphy.

While we explore possible legal action against Brad Raymore, James would like us to draft a contract for the new contractor, Bathrooms Plus, he found to finish his bathroom remodel. Bathrooms Plus commits to working a minimum of 5 hours each week.
Bathrooms Plus will use any existing materials already acquired by the previous contractor and will be responsible for purchasing any new materials required for the project.
Bathrooms Plus will supply any needed information, if necessary for updating construction permits.
Bathrooms Plus will show proof of $500,000 general liability insurance.
Both parties will hold each other harmless for any reasonable damages that might occur while working on the project.
Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of this state.
