Answer the below questions in detail:

Question 1: Select TWO DIFFERENT organizations (both MUST BELONG TO THE SAME INDUSTRY) that you are most familiar with. For the selected organizations.

a. Conduct brief SWOT analyses of both the organizations. In the SWOT Identify SEPARATELY at least TWO Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats EACH for the selected organizations.           

b. Based on the SWOT analyses of both the organizations IDENTIFY THREE strategic choices (Such as Market Development, Diversification, Retrenchment Strategies etc.) for each of the organizations.  

c. Based on the Developed Strategic Choices, Compare and Contrast the strategic choices of both the organizations.

d. Briefly discuss the PROS and CONS of the Choices for both the Organizations.

Choose organizations which have much data available on their website or any other external source.

Question 2: Select an Organization that has diversified products/services (For Example UNILEVER, P&G, etc.)

a. Analyze the nature of the products/services based on the internal value chain, resources used, market segments served, and Inbound and outbound logistics used. 

b. Based on your analysis of the Products/Services of the organization, IDENTIFY and CATEGORIZE the products/services into related or unrelated diversification categories.

c. Provide rationale for the categorization of the products/services.

Question 3: Case:  You are a manager of a soft drinks company that is planning to go head to head with Coca-Cola to increase market share. Your strategy is to increase your product ranges that you plan to offer to Mass Market. Along with the extension of the products and product lines, you want to be responsive to the different geographic regions you plan to serve. So, your main focus is to balance the extended product categories along with the responsiveness to the geographic regions to serve. Currently you have a functional structure which may not be suitable for maintaining Products along with Geographic Responsiveness.

So, you are required to IDENTIFY which Organizational Structure (For Example: PRODUCT BASED DIVISION, REGION BASED DEVISIONS, MATRIX STRUCTURE, etc.) would be best suitable if your strategy intends to:

b. Increasing responsiveness
