Purpose
This assignment will help student address the practicum practice change problem area by determining the institution's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats via a SWOT analysis. Furthermore, to complete the assignment, student will make plans to address the practicum issue through team collaboration and plan the creation of the operational objectives, goals and specific strategies required to achieve the strategic outcome based on the SWOT analysis result.
