Question

Suppose that you are in charge of a project to upgrade your company's software on a single platform. The members of your group have explained the existing system to an outside vendor; that vendor will design a system to meet your needs. Once the system is delivered, your group is responsible for uploading the data files and, with aid from the outside vendor, replacing the old system with the new.
