You are the general services and administration manager for Chong Lim Sdn. Bhd. Recently, your company is undergoing some renovation work. All staff has been informed about the project but it is taking longer than expected. This has caused some inconveniences to your colleagues. They claimed that the rubbish from the renovation work is not disposed properly which poses danger to them. Besides that, the noise from the renovation work also causes noise pollution and disruption at work.

You are required to write a report to the managing director,

? explaining two (2) reasons behind the delay in the renovation work;

? providing two (2) actions you have taken in response to the two complaints by your colleagues; and

? stating the duration that you expect the renovation work will need to complete everything.
