Describe a communication incident that was very frustrating to you. focusing on the communication behaviours of the parties. This should be an incident which you think can be analyed in terms of the communication process. Write 150 words description of the incident and then analyse the reason that this communication incident was difficult . You may describe the role of the sender, encoding of the message, choice of chanel , decoding by receiver , any barriers to successful communication. You should also consider the opportunities for feedback . You should use theoretical information from Eunson and other communication texts to analyse the situation. Describe any strategies you or the other involved in the commnication incident used to try to overcome the barriers incident2: repeat the exercise but this time relate a positive , successful communication incident Summary: Compare the two incidents and provide reasons that one event was positive and the other difficult.
