1. Come up with theme tag lines/ slogan/ a "call to action" for a Gala Event

A few examples are:

• Rock On!
• Reach for the Stars!
• Get Plugged In!

Keep in mind - when designing your PPT use an appropriate font and background for your tagline title slide to give a feel of it being a custom Logo. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/logo

• The above are only examples you need to come up with your own

Determine and include pictures to communicate the overall look and feel of event. 

• Rock On!  Could be a Seventies Themed Gala
• Reach for the Stars!  - Oscars Themed
• Get Plugged In!  - Hi Tech

Include photos that would represent the feel and look of this gala event. Include pictures  all elements, décor, center pieces, food and beverage, staging, gifts, entertainment, etc. You want  to communicate to your client  what the event will look and feel like. Tie all your elements to your theme.

Your PPT to include

1. Tagline and theme  - title slide using the words of your tagline, use an appropriate font to add design and communicate the feel of the event
2. Design  images - pictures to communicate the feel of the Gala Event, these should be a few slides 
3.  Room Décor - look and feel
4. Center pieces
5. Food and beverage
6. Staging
7. Gifts - 
8. Entertainment
9. Other items that you feel would enhance the event
10. Refrences required
