A policyholder has a commercial combined policy covering their property.

A fire broke out at the policyholders premises, which resulted in damage and led to the policyholder making a claim for the following

Total loss of an outbuilding

Damage to items stored in an adjacent building caused by water damage when the fire in the outbuilding was extinguished by the fire service.

Theft of items store in another adjacent building which occurred whilst the fire was being extinguished,
