  • Possible issues include the following:

    • Health care reform
  • Choose an issue of policy importance. State why you consider it of importance to your state.
  • Prepare an annotated bibliography of at least 7 scholarly sources that cover the spectrum of thought on your topic as a public policy issue.
  • For each source, include full APA citation and a summary (200-300 words) of the key arguments.
