A hospital-based program is designed to enhance patient safety, and it is expected to align with the 2020 Joint Commission Hospital National patient safety goals. The following discussion details the program outcomes that are specifically aimed to improve the health care quality as well as to minimize the risk to the patients (NPSG,2024).
