Managing an organization requires various skills and the ability to organize various resources. All these tasks must be executed with an understanding of how actions influence the organisation, both internally and externally. Furthermore, the local context requires an organisation to have an efficient system of corporate governance. Besides, integrity and ethical behavior is important in running any organisation.

You, as the recently appointed General Manager of the organisation, are requested to report to the Board, on how you intend to manage the organisation.
