As an accountant, Excel can be used for multiple reasons. One way that an accountant would use Excel is by inputting financial data like receipts, transactions, or invoices onto worksheets. Another thing that they could use the platform for is tax preparation. Accountants can take advantage of formulas to calculate and prepare their clients tax returns. Excel could also be used to create budgets, models, track expenses, profit and loss, and visualizations to help their clients with effective decision-making. Empathy and emotional intelligence are two characteristics that can be incorporated in order to empower others and inspire them to serve with humility. By showing empathy, a leader shows that they are understanding of others and take their circumstances into consideration instead of judging. By having emotional intelligence, a leader demonstrates that they are aware of the existence of another person's feelings and how they can be affected. By utilizing these two characteristic, others may be empowered and serve with humility because they will understand that their actions are enough to have an effect on something or someone.
