Scenario:

Jimmy Harris is high on an opiate type drug and decides to break into a residence (believing no one is home) to steal various items from inside of the house. Jimmy needs the money to feed his drug habit and because he owes his dealer some money. The dealer threatened Jimmy to get the money or something would happen to him. While inside of the house, Jimmy is surprised by the 18-year-old son, who was home sick. As the son goes after Jimmy, Jimmy punches him several times, causing the son to fall down the basement stairs, killing him. Jimmy grabs several CD's and a gaming system. He also decides to grab a set of car keys to a car inside of the garage and drive away. The car was later located in a town 5 miles away.

Analyze and explain the crimes you would charge Jimmy with.
