You are employed in a buffet restaurant that could cater 150 customers per day. You directly supervise 30 staff. It includes 10 kitchen staff, 5 dish steward, 1 assistant manager, 4 inventory staff, 9 dining staff and 1 dining supervisor. The owner decided to expand their business that would be able cater more customers, with this they've decided to acquire the restaurant next to your establishment. This restaurant has a very big dining area that could cater 350 customers per day however they are currently facing various financial and customer safety issues. As a result of the acquisition the management structure has been realigned to ensure operational functions of both physical facilities are controlled by a single manager. You were chosen to be the restaurant manager of this establishment.
