Your employer, Cincinnati Textbook Manufacturer, and its local union are to begin renewal CBA negotiations in two weeks. Formerly, you were the assistant to the HR Manager. Unexpectedly, he/she left the company and the company promoted you to HR Manager and management's chief negotiator. This will be the first time you will be the chief management spokesperson for contract negotiations (CBA).
As the HR Manager and chief negotiator, fully describe the ground rules which are listed below:
