Question :
Write a Java method that checks whether an array of integers is gigantic not. An array is gigantic if one of its elements is greater than or equals the sum of all other elements.
Example: the array {1, 2, 3, 4, 5} is not gigantic because none of the elements is greater than or equals the sum of the rest numbers.
However, the array {1, 2, 13, 5} is gigantic because the 13 > sum(1, 2, 5) = 8. This is not main method.
Feel free to organize your code into methods.
