Vision: Good manager have ability to envision the goal for the team and for the organization as a whole. He should be able to transcend the organizational goals into the vision and motivation of the employees so as to establish goal clarity and motivate the employees to work towards the goal. Empathy: Skillful manager is able to project himself into personalities of others and is good at understanding the need and motives of his subordinates and colleagues. Manager with good empathetic ability can forge better inter-personal relationship with his subordinates. Ratan Tata of TCS Group is the best example for the empathetic personality who is well known in south Asia for the social and organizational empathy., Time Management: Good manager is skillful at prioritizing his time and task and make effective use of the time along with balancing his personal and professional life. Integrity: Good manager is a trustworthy, reliable and personal of strong character. Lack of integrity leads to distrust and creates reluctance for the superior among the subordinates.
