Select a community in which a team member currently resides.

Design a needs assessment to study the needs of the community regarding your selected Grand Challenge.

Make a 10- to 12-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation to showcase your needs assessment proposal to your supervisor.

Include a discussion and review of the following in your presentation proposal:

• The social problem related to the selected Grand Challenge
• A brief summary of research related to this social problem
• The community needs to be created by the social problem
• The characteristics of the target population/community
• A description of methods for how you would assess the needs of this community
