Philips is trying to estimate the mean, µ, of its Longer Life Outdoor Floodlights. A random sample of 100 found an average life of 2399 hours and a standard deviation of 311 hours.

a. Find a 95% confidence interval (nearest hour) for the mean life of the floodlights.
Interpret this interval.
