There are a lot of different methodologies and practices that facilitate this as well. Many organizations do things differently, and this is no exception. Organizations will have different focus areas, and needs. Improving on or refreshing those practices that are no longer working, requires through identification as to why it failed. Like with any working machine, there is generally a piece missing, whether it be human or not.

  • Constant improvement of an organization is a key process like any other. It is necessary for organizations to continually refresh and remain relevant.
