You helped me in answering the first part of my module project in Nov 8th, and I would like to check if you are interested in answering the below paper as well for me, given it is a continuation to the first part and it talks about the same organization (Samsung).
The focus of this paper is to consider how to apply the concepts of managing innovation, a creative workplace culture and workplace diversity in Samsung organization.
In this paper, the following information are required:
1. Propose changes to Samsung Innovation strategy, including a change in Samsung's culture, to help them in becoming an innovative market leader and to generate newer ideas for their products and/or services. (Approx.100 words).
2. Evaluate the impact of the changes you proposed above on Samsung. (Approx.150 words).
3. Evaluate whether these changes involve a change to the Samsung's culture. (Approx.100 words).
4. Evaluate whether workplace diversity, or the lack of it, impacts the innovation of Samsung. (Approx.100 words).
5. Describe the influence of Samsung's workplace diversity on the changes you proposed above. (Approx.100 words).
6. Describe the possible resistance that your changes may face from owners/managers and employees in Samsung. (Approx.150 words).
7. Propose solutions to what the owners/managers of Samsung should do to address these challenges and overcome them. (Approx.150 words).
