Contrast and analyze Title VII and its present application to the minority groups discussed in chapters 7-9, specifically Whites, American Indians and specifically Women in the workplace. The focal question here is "WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?" I.E. What can you do to influence and reflect improvement in your organizations?

You will have to identify if current practices and or laws i.e. Title VII are necessary and effective in creating a fair and diverse workplace. Additionally, what would your plan be to enhance or change the current state of workplace environment. Please be specific. Lastly, do not forget to give some consideration to the recent mid term elections and the more than 100 woman that now hold seats in government and how this may impact labor law.
