The model should serve to implement a strategic process that can help the organization integrate a change and respond to the internal or external driving forces. You can utilize flow chart or similar graphic organizer for visual representation of the chosen model to demonstrate the necessary steps for realistic implementation. The model will be assessed on the quality of strategic implementation, and inclusion of the following concepts:
