The pros are many and one of them is the fact of having a paper to put in your resume which will open many opportunities with big companies. employers often like certificates and awards and the people with those usually get a better salary and more opportunities to claim the latter of success.

one of the cons when getting the certificate is the fact that you got the have the qualifications in order to apply, that means that no everyone can apply. the cost of getting the certificate can be an other obstacle as well as the yearly renewal fee.
